A 100% subsidiary of Epsilon Corporate Finance Ltd, Epsilon Finance Sarl was set up in August 2002 to serve the needs of our French clients.

The smaller company M&A market in much of Europe is highly fragmented and inefficient; the average level of service quality falls well below that provided by investment banks for larger transactions. 
Structurally, the European economy would benefit significantly from a more efficient smaller company M&A and private equity market.

Epsilon’s long term ambition rests on a sound knowledge of the underlying M&A business processes and a thorough analysis of the productivity improvements information technology and the internet can bring:

• broadening of the market, notably in the context of European integration, accompanied by domestic consolidation;
• enhanced access to data and the development of value-added “derivative” products and services;
• more efficient management of the M&A process, in particular the exchange of ideas, information and documents between buyers, sellers and their advisers.
