Compiled between 2003 and 2006 with the cooperation of our long standing partner, CorpfinWorldWide, the Epsilon League Tables are the leading rankings of European M&A advisers for small and mid-market transactions.  In 2004 were produced the first annual League Table focusing on the "small market" segment (transactions valued between 0.5 and 15 million euros).
 

Deals included in the ε–Adviser League Tables:

• Announced M&A and Private Equity transactions (acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs, LBOs, MBOs, MBIs, Secondary Buy-outs, Public to Privates)
• Size: deal value between €0.5m and 15m and €1m and 50m
• Country: by target principal location (France, U.K. and E.U.)
• Advisers to the acquirer and the target
